   Towards assisting me with a purchase decision I seek answers to the following questions:
- one of the Q&As says Yahoo data does not support ASX options data - how would I address this requirement
- I notice some specific actions for solving downloading problems with IE; I am using an Apple Mac system with Parrallels for Window Vista.  Do you know if the downloading and ops have been carried out in this environment?
- Can zip files of data be generated for transferring to SMSF administrator standard systems such as BGL's Simple Fund?
- Does the package come with  an operating manual (hard or soft)?

Do you know if the downloading and ops have been carried out in this environment? We have not tested on MAC but I do know of people who have used it on a MAC. Unfortunatley we will not be much help on the MAC as we do not use them. - Can zip files of data be generated for transferring to SMSF administrator standard systems such as BGL's Simple Fund? You can export all reports and data but I am not sure of what format BGL requires. You would need to check to see if it is suitable. - Does the package come with an operating manual (hard or soft)?
